Welcome to Milla Bay. By accessing and placing an order on millabay.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Who we are. Milla Bay is a brand operated by Vestera Commerce, Meidoornlaan 17, 3881 EM Putten, Gelderland, the Netherlands — Chamber of Commerce (KvK): 69471002, VAT: NL002203174B53. Contact: info@millabay.com.
2. Products and pricing. We make every effort to display our products, colors and prices as accurately as possible. All prices are in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices and availability without prior notice.
3. Orders. After placing an order you will receive a confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud or unavailability of stock, in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.
4. Payment. Payments are processed securely through the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not store your card details. See our Payment Policy (millabay.com/pages/payment-policy) for details.
5. Shipping. Shipping is free on all orders. We currently ship within the United States only. Order processing takes 1–3 business days; your order is delivered within 14 days of order confirmation (typically 7–14 business days). See our Shipping Policy for details. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak seasons.
6. Returns. You have 30 days from delivery to return your order in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging.
7. Intellectual property. All content on this website (text, images, logos) belongs to Milla Bay / Vestera Commerce or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Liability. We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use of our products or for delays caused by third parties (carriers, payment providers), to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, the country of establishment of Vestera Commerce, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your state or country of residence.
