30-day returns

Not in love? You have 30 days from delivery to return your order.

How to start a return

Email us at info@millabay.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with instructions and the return address. Please don't ship anything before contacting us.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect — then it's on us.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, swimwear without the hygiene seal intact, underwear and personalized items cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days — usually within 5–10 business days.
